Good Sunday afternoon everyone! Hope your all enjoying a great weekend!......I know the weather accross the US and Canada has been everything from cold/snow to warm/hot and sunny! Took a few pics this afternoon and thought I'd post them......hope you enjoy! Bear Cactus Bloom

Beautiful pic's! That cactus is gorgeous! The Confederate Jasmine...... Our local Walmart has a big
arbour running along the front of the store with benches under for the employees or whomever to sit.... the arbor itself is just covered in that vine. It
smells heavenly! I can smell it coming across the parking lot but did not know the name of it!

What a fantastic yard! I would like to do something like that in the front yard as I'm sick of the grass and unused space.

Dave, Unbelievable it all is!! You should go into Landscaping! It's all just beautiful for a small yard, incredible!
I like your arbor & the red catus, along w/the back of your lot is even lovely & interesting to look at....... The finished look is 5 Stars! Some
people make only the pond (which if fine) but they fail to finish the complete look........also like that little fat bellied Keoni......hahaha so Cute!

Glad everyone enjoyed the pics.....yep....our small urban yard (enclosed/fenced area 16ft wide by 35ft long) is not the
largest space but it suits our
needs......smaller areas can be just chocked full of goodies! ha ha We could enclose a larger area of the front/side yard areas but for now we're content with "cozy". We also have a long side yard that is perfect as extra dog run area.....its all desert/gravel scaped but it gives the 'hounds a large area to run-amok in! One trend I've noticed lately is that as folks are cutting back on spending $$$$$$, those with larger yards are landscaping on a smaller scale around the patio areas, but leaving the larger paremeters bare or zero-scaped.......whatever works for you right?.....large space or small areas.....make it work for you! That confederate jasmine is still blooming ( 4 weeks!)......it ususally blooms April thru June here in the desert, but my cousin up in northern California has it planted along her front and side yards and the climate in SFO allows it to bloom May thru September.
